Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the right fit is essential — and sometimes, it's not perfect on the first try. So, we offer:

• 7-Day Return & Exchange Window from the date of delivery.
  

• You can request a size exchange or return if the product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  
  

Please note:

• Due to hygiene concerns, used or washed bras cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

• Returns are only accepted for wrong or damaged items delivered.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at customercare@bellewears.in with your Order ID.
   

2. Our team will verify the request and guide you through the next steps.
   

3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you for self-shipping.
   

4. In case of exchanges, your new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the original.

Store Credit Terms & Conditions

1. Store credit may be issued in cases such as returns, promotional rewards, or special resolutions.
2. Store credit can only be redeemed on purchases made through our official website.
3. The store credit will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. After the expiry date, unused credit will automatically lapse and cannot be reinstated.
4. Store credit is non-refundable, non-encashable, and non-transferable to any other user or payment method.
5. Store credit cannot be combined with or converted into coupon codes unless explicitly specified during a promotion.
